Our History

Fred’s father was a contractor serving Toronto and Rochester, New York. He was a successful businessman who was admired and respected by his clients and his peers. He also pioneered innovations in the masonry field that to this day stand tall in Toronto’s architecture.

His core values and attitude for business inspired Fred to carry-on his legacy in Zaza Contractors today.

About Fred Zaza

Fred had worked alongside his dad and mentor in two construction and remodeling companies. He attended George Brown for Blueprint & Cost-Estimating courses. He also attended and successfully graduated from many sales courses.

Fred is a true and pure people-person and an excellent communicator. His vision and mentality is to provide professional workmanship and business ethics to his clientele and potential clients. Fred’s friendly and positive approach garnered him many high praises from existing clients and trade professionals alike.

His interest includes staying in top physical condition through sports and outdoor activities.

About Donna Zaza

Donna really enjoys supporting her husband Fred in his business and his life. She is grateful to have the education to be able to keep behind the scenes of Zaza Contractors running smoothly.

She also loves to see clients have the most up-front confidence and trust in Zaza Contractors. Her motto is “Keep the customers happy by being courteous, patient and understanding”. Her dedication towards honest and polite business communications has proven to be one of the most welcomed quality for Zaza Contractors’ clients.
